A Hudson County Grand Jury has returned an indictment against 35-year old, Gregory Mallard of Jersey City, who was released from prison in 2020 following a manslaughter conviction, in connection with the death of his ex-girlfriend, Norelis Mendoza. The victim was found dead in Bayonne on Wednesday, May 17, 2023.
