STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – A driver allegedly fled the scene after hitting at least one NYPD officer with a car in Grant City. The incident occurred at about 9:52 p.m. on Wednesday at South Railroad and Hamden avenues, according to a spokesman for the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.
