STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – A 25-year-old woman from Arden Heights ran over a police officer’s foot with her vehicle during a car stop in Travis, authorities allege. The episode began when an officer assigned to the NYPD’s Highway District 5 spotted Victoria Casertano of Green Valley Road driving a gray, 2018 Jeep on Wednesday around 1 a.m., according to the criminal complaint and police.
