STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – The NYPD is looking for an individual sought for questioning in connection with the alleged theft of a vehicle from Mariners Harbor. It was reported to police that on Tuesday, Sept. 3, at around 12:30 p.m., an unidentified individual approached a white Range Rover parked on Lake Avenue.
