STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – “Saturday Night Live” is ready to ring in its historic 50th season. NBC announced the late-night variety sketch show will premiere on Sept. 28. While it’s unclear who will be hosting and performing in the milestone episode, NBC noted an announcement would be coming soon.
