STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old girl from Mariners Harbor who was reported missing. Joanna DeLaCruz was last seen on Monday just before 4 p.m. inside her home in the vicinity of Grandview Avenue, according to a statement from the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.
