When students, staff, and faculty returned for the fall semester, they were met with a four-tier, color-coded system regulating campus access. In a Tuesday email to the University community, interim University President Katrina Armstrong announced a new campus access system, simplified to three categories: “O” for open access; “I” for ID only, all gates; and “R” for ID only, restricted gates.
