STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Three people were arrested with drugs and fake guns during a pre-dawn raid earlier this month at an apartment in Eltingville, authorities allege. Officers armed with a search warrant swarmed the home of the three defendants on the 500 block of Genesee Avenue at about 6 a.m. on Sept. 13, according to the criminal complaint, which was based on an investigation by Narcotics Borough Staten Island.
