STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Police are investigating a robbery where a woman reportedly was punched and fell to the ground in Midland Beach on Tuesday. The incident occurred at about 5:20 p.m. in the vicinity of Adams Avenue and Hylan Boulevard, according to a spokeswoman for the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.
