STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Following the unceremonious national closure of Boston Market, including two Island locations, residents surrounding the former Port Richmond location are complaining about a festering dumping problem going on behind the property which is feeding into a larger rat problem and overall gradual degradation of the area.
