STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – A young boy is devastated after a pair of girls vandalized a beloved Halloween decoration at a family home in West Brighton, according to his mother. Erica Keselman says that she was awakened just before 1 a.m. Sunday by the screaming of young girls outside her residence.
