STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Hurricane Helene ravaged parts of North Carolina last week, and Staten Island officials are calling on borough residents to help. Borough President Vito Fossella led a Borough Hall press conference Tuesday announcing the Staten Island Hurricane Relief Drive to collect supplies for North Carolinians impacted by Hurricane Helene.
