STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Authorities allege that a 39-year-old man from Stapleton punched a worker for the Staten Island Ferry earlier this month in St. George. Juan Parrilla of Laurel Avenue stands accused in the allegedly unprovoked assault on Oct. 6 at about 3:45 p.m. in the vicinity of the St. George Terminal, according to the criminal complaint and police.
