STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Traffic will be diverted at three MTA crossings Sunday due to the 40th Annual Bike MS: New York City 2024 event. The bike tour, which is set to begin and end at Manhattan’s Pier 76, is expected to impact the Hugh L. Carey Tunnel, the Henry Hudson Bridge and Robert F. Kennedy Bridge.
