STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Staten Islanders made their way to the polls Tuesday, but four local elections were already decided. That’s because four elected officials – State Sen. Andrew Lanza (R-South Shore), Assemblyman Charles Fall (D-North Shore/Brooklyn/Lower Manhattan), Assemblyman Michael Reilly (R-South Shore), and Assemblyman Michael Tannousis (R-East Shore/South Brooklyn) – had no competition in their races this year.
