STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Workers are picketing in a strike outside the Amazon facility in Bloomfield on Thursday morning at the height of the holiday shopping season. The International Brotherhood of Teamsters Union strike against Amazon began at 6 a.m. East Coast time and workers are expected to demonstrate at facilities throughout the United States, according to a news release from the union.
