  • Snow: Ranges from 1 to 7 inches, with the highest totals in Jefferson and Lewis counties.
  • Ice: Up to one-tenth of an inch in some areas.
  • Wind Gusts: Up to 45 mph, particularly along the Lake Erie shoreline.

  • Niagara, Orleans, Northern Erie, Genesee, Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Allegany, and Southern Erie Counties: 1 p.m. Wednesday – 4 a.m. Thursday
  • Monroe, Wayne, Northern Cayuga, Oswego, Livingston, and Ontario Counties: 4 p.m. Wednesday – 4 a.m. Thursday
  • Jefferson and Lewis Counties: 7 p.m. Wednesday – 7 p.m. Thursday
