FBI: Felon, 58, with ties to members of mob families, nabbed with gun on Staten Island

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A 58-year-old felon who federal authorities say has ties to mobsters, extortion schemes and a shooting on Staten Island, was arrested last week after he allegedly was caught with a gun in the car he was driving in Richmond Valley.
