STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Police have identified the victim in a fatal Tompkinsville shooting as Jesse Pimental, 25, of Oakwood.
Pimental, who police said lived on the 200 block of Corona Avenue in Oakwood, was killed in a broad daylight shooting around 2:30 p.m. Friday afternoon on Bay Street.
