On Thursday, Oct. 31, at 8:55 a.m., Jersey City police responded to a motorcycle crash at Sip Avenue and Routes 1 and 9, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
The motorcyclist, Steven Brown, was injured after he collided with a GMC vehicle at the intersection, Suarez said. Brown was taken to Jersey City Medical Center where he was soon pronounced dead, Suarez said.
Shaneeka Croom, 47, reported being a passenger in the vehicle at the time of the crash while her mother, Elnoria Croom-Lundy, 65, said she was the operator of the vehicle, Suarez said…
