STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A plant-based drug and a switchblade knife were seized from a 34-year-old man from Midland Beach during a car stop in Bulls Head, authorities allege.
Adnan al Kamel of Midland Avenue was driving a white, 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Merrill and Graham avenues around 2:10 a.m. on March 4, according to the criminal complaint and police.
