A trio of teenage ruffians who attacked a retired NYPD lieutenant on the Upper East Side were brought to authorities by their parents after cops released their photos, police said.
The teens, two 13-year-olds and a 14-year-old, were marched to the 19th Precinct station house Friday by their families — apparently after the parents saw the surveillance photos of them, a police source said.
