STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Cars weaved in and out of a packed parking lot Saturday afternoon as shoppers flocked to Staten Island’s first BJ’s Wholesale Club in Charleston, just a day after its grand opening on April 25.
Workers at the store said Saturday was definitely busier than opening day.
“It was packed,” said Doreen Argenziano of Grant City. “It was very nice. People were very courteous. Things were organized and the cashiers were very helpful.”…
