Once swept up in ‘Operation Beach Boys,’ Staten Island man again accused of dealing drugs

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A man who sold drugs to an undercover officer in his Arden Heights neighborhood was caught with narcotics when officers raided his home, authorities allege.

The defendant was convicted several years ago in connection with a major drug sting on Staten Island dubbed “Operation Beach Boys.”

Rafiq Kiaser, 52, of Myrna Lane, exchanged film strips of the addiction-treatment drug buprenorphine for cash on two occasions in encounters with an undercover officer in his home neighborhood, according to the criminal complaint, which was based on an investigation by Narcotics Borough Staten Island…
