STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — With the cafe business model on the rise, it is time to take inventory of the borough’s coffee-fueled eating scene at the moment.
In just a few years, Staten Island has earned several new destinations of that genre — most recently Oda Cafe in West Brighton plus Moka & Co. in New Dorp. We’ve seen the birth of Caffeinated New Yorker in Stapleton, Brew Bar in Great Kills, Cafe Juliet in Castleon Corners, Beezy Bees Brew in Travis and more. Their unique looks stand out in the streetscape and they each come with their own personalities, an extension of their owners.
