STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A specialized outpatient addiction treatment facility on Staten Island does things a little differently when it comes to helping the borough’s working population overcome substance abuse issues.
Grand Union Holistic Solutions, located at 1150 South Ave. in Travis, has been operating for nearly a year, catering to those with private insurance, offering extended hours and the kind of personalized care its founders contend was previously unavailable on the Island.
