Man, 38, accused of possessing switchblade in Mercedes has bloody past on Staten Island: Sources

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A 38-year-old man who was charged with possessing a switchblade knife during a car stop on Staten Island was previously convicted in connection with a fatal shooting, according to law-enforcement sources.

Anthony Sisco of Continental Place in the Mariners Harbor Houses was driving a black, 2011 Mercedes-Benz C 300 when he was pulled over by police on April 8 at about 8 p.m. near the city Housing Authority complex, according to the criminal complaint.
