NYPD: 4 teens arrested, accused of armed robbery outside Staten Island Mall

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Four teen boys were arrested after allegedly robbing two teens at gunpoint outside the Staten Island Mall in New Springville Saturday, officials said.

The incident unfolded at 6:05 p.m., when the four teens approached their victims, ages 16 and 15, with a firearm outside of 283 Platinum Ave., a spokesperson for the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information said.
