STATEN ISLAND, NY — A Richmond County resident has claimed a second prize in the CASH4LIFE lottery game, securing a guaranteed minimum payout of $1 million after matching all six numbers in the February 24 drawing.
Carmine Lupo of Staten Island matched the five main numbers and the Cash Ball — 15, 36, 47, 52, 56, and Cash Ball 02 — to win the second-tier prize of $1,000 a week for life.
