N.J. woman robbed at gunpoint as she was walking her dog, cops say

Authorities have charged two men accused of robbing a woman at gunpoint as she was walking her dog.

Wesley A. Garcia, 18, and Kirvin De La Rosa, 19, both of Jersey City, are charged with first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery, second-degree eluding and unlawful possession of a weapon and third-degree receiving stolen property, the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement on Monday.
