Staten Island Man Sentenced For Distributing Drugs In Vermont

BURLINGTON, VT.- A 31-year-old Staten Island, New York, man, and convicted drug dealer will be spending nearly the next four years in federal prison after being sentenced on Friday for conspiring to distribute deadly fentanyl in St. Johnsbury, Vermont while being on federal supervised release.

According to Acting U.S. Attorney Michael P. Drescher, on Friday, June 6, 2025, Xavier Parker, 31, of Staten Island, New York, appeared in the U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont and was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge William K. Sessions, III, to 18 months in federal prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release for his previously entered guilty plea to a federal narcotics violation…
