STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A new annex building for early childhood school seats will soon be constructed in Rosebank.
The New York City School Construction Authority has recently completed demolition of the former St. Mary’s School, located at 1 Virginia Ave., to create a new annex for nearby PS 13.
