Service resumes after person hit by subway train: MTA

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) — A person was struck by a subway train at the Jefferson Street station in Brooklyn Monday evening, according to the MTA.

The incident was reported around 6:17 p.m.

Service on the L line was temporarily suspended between Lorimer Street and Myrtle-Wyckoff Avenues. Brooklyn-bound service will end at Lorimer Street, while Manhattan-bound service will end at Myrtle-Wyckoff Avs., according to the MTA.
