STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Video supplied to the Advance/SILive.com shows what appears to be an individual flying high above the borough in a paraglider-type aircraft.
It was one of several similar sightings reported recently on social media that have prompted concern among residents.
The video, which was sent to the Advance/SILive.com through social media by a reader, was reportedly taken by a man on Yukon Avenue in New Springville facing Richmond Avenue.
