Staten Island man, 19, faces charges after police say he punched cop, was found with loaded firearm

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A 19-year-old man is facing several charges after he was allegedly found to be in possession of a loaded handgun and subsequently punched an NYPD officer, according to authorities.
