Police say a man has been arrested and charged in connection with a violent slashing that happened at the 53rd Street R line station in Sunset Park.
According to police, 26-year-old Caleb Tolidore, of Brooklyn, was arrested Monday afternoon and charged in the attack, which happened just after 1 p.m.
Investigators say a 33-year-old man was slashed near the turnstiles during an encounter inside the station. Police tell us the victim suffered slash wounds to the neck, face and chest and was rushed to the hospital. He is listed as stable…
