A 32-year-old man was charged with three counts of attempted murder after after allegedly dragging an officer and attempting to run over officers during two separate traffic stops in Middlesex County on Friday.
The first incident took place when a Sayreville police officer pulled over Rennard C. Roseburgh for a traffic violation, East Brunswick police said.
