CITYWIDE – EARLY FORECASTS SHOW there’s a chance another storm could impact the city next weekend, according to NBC’s meteorology team. A low-pressure system making its way up the coast has the potential to move inland towards the city, interacting with icy arctic air to drop more snow on a city still recovering from last weekend’s blizzard. Bonechilling temperatures throughout the week during the city’s longest stretch of subzero days since 2018 will ensure there’s still plenty of snow on the ground by then.
