HUDSON, NH – The Hudson Police Department has arrested and charged a Staten Island, NY, man in connection with an extensive organized retail theft investigation involving multiple retail locations throughout New Hampshire.
On December 17, 2025, at approximately 9:13 p.m., Hudson Police officers responded to Walmart, located at 254 Lowell Road, after store personnel reported a known repeat theft suspect and requested the issuance of a criminal trespass notice. During the investigation, officers developed probable cause linking the suspect to a prior felony theft at the same location, as well as evidence of an attempted theft occurring that evening.
During the investigation, the male subject provided inconsistent identifying information and was unable to verify his identity. Based on the totality of the circumstances, the subject was placed under arrest. While being taken into custody, the suspect actively resisted arrest and fled on foot from the business. Officers pursued the suspect and successfully apprehended him in the area of McDonald’s on Lowell Road without further incident.
