STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Wakefern Food Corporation is hosting walk-in job fairs at five of its grocery chains this weekend, and two Staten Island ShopRite locations will participate in the event. Job seekers can explore opportunities at the Mariners Harbor and Charleston stores on Saturday, Jan. 31, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
“From the produce department to the deli counter, we’re looking for great, qualified people to join our family,” the company noted on its website.
The hiring event will take place at participating store locations across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and managers are recruiting for full-time, part-time and management positions.
