STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Over 1,300 customers are out of power on the South Shore of Staten Island on Tuesday, a day after a blizzard buried the borough in about two feet of snow.
Electrical outages are reported in and around Eltingville, Great Kills and Oakwood. The outage extends roughly from Winchester Avenue to Clarke Avenue and from Hylan Boulevard to Corona Avenue.
