STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Two of Staten Island’s Community Boards will hold public meetings next week to address concerns and educate the community.

Community Board 1
On Tuesday, March 3, at 6:30 p.m., committee chairs will meet in person in the board office, 1 Edgewater Plaza, in room 217.
To be discussed is the potential rezoning to accommodate the construction of a 14-story apartment complex in St. George, located at 198, 204 and 208 Richmond Terrace. The building would include 10,677 square feet of community facility space on the first three floors, with the remaining area devoted to residential use…
