STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Those struggling to understand a family member’s mental health condition are invited to a free series of classes offered by the National Alliance on Mental Illness Staten Island.
Beginning this Monday, March 2, Family to Family weekly classes will be held from 6:30 to 9 p.m. in the parish center of Holy Rosary R.C. Church, 85 Jerome Ave., South Beach. Instructors are trained and have lived experiences with mental illness within their families.
