STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Authorities allege that a gun was found inside the home of a man who said the firearm discharged while he was cleaning it.
Kyro Coutourier was arrested after the incident on Feb. 27 around noon on Dubois Avenue, according to the criminal complaint and police.
The incident prompted a large NYPD response after Coutourier suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder. Coutourier was taken to an area hospital in stable condition on the day of the shooting…
