Development proposal rejected
A rezoning application for a 117-unit mixed-use high-rise was unanimously rejected, as residents voiced concerns about the lack of parking spots.
The proposed development, planned for 198-208 Richmond Terrace, is a 14-story residential and community facility building that includes accommodations for at least 30 permanently affordable units.
