STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Staten Island is in store for some serious rain and winds on Monday.
Although the worst weather will come later, Staten Island and the rest of New York City will see on-and-off rain throughout the day, according to Tyler Roys, a senior meteorologist with AccuWeather.
