STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Authorities allege that a 21-year-old man made disturbing statements after three people were stabbed in a bloody rampage in Port Richmond.
In a 16-count indictment, Taha Almuradi, 21, is charged with attempted murder and other offenses for the assaults that occurred in broad daylight on March 9 near his home on Rumpler Court.
