STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Some Staten Islanders say that the tires on their vehicles were slashed this weekend, possibly over the color of their automobiles.
Just after midnight on Sunday, March 22, a New Springville resident says that someone slashed the tires of her husband’s SUV.
