STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — NYPD officers recovered over 200 illegal pills after crack cocaine was tossed from a window during a pre-dawn raid of an apartment in New Brighton.
Melanie Delvalle, 24, and Quran Chalmers, 28, were arrested in the search of their apartment on March 6 at 456 Richmond Terrace, according to the criminal complaint based on an investigation by Narcotics Borough Staten Island.
