STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — One person was hospitalized and a section of Arthur Kill Road is closed after an overnight car crash downed a utility pole in Charleston.
The crash happened on a curved section of Arthur Kill Road, between Clay Pit Road and Ellis Road.
